whenever i travel i like to imagine myself as someone who lives in the city i’m visiting. it’s kind of a nice feeling. running mundane errands, but at stores that are just that little bit different than the ones you go to at home.

yeah, a walgreens is a walgreens, but this one’s laid out different. and the parking lot is full of palm trees. the cashier’s accent is different.
